After getting the cake situated, Sidney drove to the church to see if they could catch Reverend Marks to get their talk out of the way. They got out and headed inside, finding the Reverend in his office.

"Um, I asked Karen to marry me back in April as you know from my mom, but what she probably didn't tell you is when she said yes, I had a preacher come out and marry us right then and there."

"So you two are already married."

"Then this wedding is what?"

"To redo our vows in front of my family and friends. I hope you're not mad."

Reverend Marks smiled at the two "I'm not mad and I'm glad that you decided to renew your wedding vows in a church. To be honest, a wedding is just the show for the people closest to you but it's what you tell each other that counts. Is there anything special you want?"

"Well" Karen started "since we already professed our love that night on the ice" she said looking to Sidney "I wouldn't mind an actual wedding ceremony."

"Really?"

"If your mom wants the wedding she's always dreamed for you, why not give it to her. There are only a handful of people that knows we're already married, why spoil it for everyone else coming that thinks its an actual wedding. Besides, I am trying to find a wedding dress."

"I like it too" Reverend marks added. The three of them sat around for another hour before Sidney and Karen left. They were satisfied by what will happen and headed home to spend the rest of the day together.
